Reach for the Stars!

Join us on Saturday, October 25, 2014, for a special evening in support of Camelot’s therapeutic horsemanship program. The evening will include:

  • Cocktails & hors d’oeuvres
  • Dinner, accompanied by a special video presentation featuring Camelot students
  • Dessert & coffee to cap the evening
  • Silent & live auctions
  • Shoot for the Stars raffle drawing
  • Fund-a-Need challenge

Shoot for the Stars Raffle

We will once again offer our Shoot for the Stars raffle during Starry Knights. The winner will have $1,000 to spend at the silent or live auction! The winning ticket cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used at the event on October 25. PayPal does not allow the sale of raffle tickets, so please call us at 480.515.1542 or e-mail info@camelotaz.org to order your tickets. You may also purchase raffle tickets the evening of the event. Tickets cost $50 each.

Fund-a-Need Challenge

This will be your chance to help the Camelot program in a very tangible way by providing funds specifically for things like saddles, helmets, farrier services, & equine dental services.

Meet Our Featured Students

Claudia Rank

Claudia and Wheels

10-year-old Claudia, a student at Grayhawk Elementary in Scottsdale, was born with cerebral palsy and started riding horses when she was 2.

Her goal is to someday become a teacher and work with children who have visual impairments. Seeing her determination on horseback, we are confident that she will achieve her goal!

Richard Vietor

Richard and Cayanna

Richard broke his neck in a diving accident in 2000. While doctors initially believed he would never walk again, Richard has worked hard to regain his mobility and independence.

He has discovered that riding increases his ability to stand up straight which, in turn, improves his gait and flexibility.
